Your Satisfaction is Our Goal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the products you bought.

How to Return an Item

You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received your order (or the last item in a multiple-item order) to notify us of your decision to return.

To initiate a return, please Contact our Customer Service: You can reach us through our contact page or Send an Email: capslovforcustomers@gmail.com with your request to return the product(s). Be sure to include your order number, full name, email address associated with the order, and the date you received the product(s).
Please ensure you provide all the required information to avoid delays in processing your return.

Returning Your Order

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you notify us of your return to ship the product(s) back to us. You can use our designated courier (to be provided) or another courier of your choice.

After submitting your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label (if using our courier). You will also receive a tracking number to monitor your return's progress.

Detail of the policy:

  1. Return Policy

You have the right to return products purchased on www.capslov.com within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Submit a Return Request: Complete the Return Request by email at capslovforcustomers@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

  • Items Must Be in New Condition: Clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged, and must have all original tags and labels attached. Products with security seals must be unopened and have the seals intact.

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Timely Return: Products must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of your intent to return.

Refunds

We will issue a full refund (including taxes and original shipping costs) to the original payment method. For partial returns, the original shipping cost will be refunded proportionally based on the number of items returned.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If you use our designated courier (confirmed by email), return shipping is free. If you choose an alternative courier, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

3. Quality Control

Returned items must be unused, in new condition with all protective materials, tags, labels, accessories, and documents included. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject Returns: If items show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage, or if security seals are broken.

  • Reduce Refund Amount: If the product's value has diminished due to handling, including:

    • Wear and tear beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

    • Washing or damage to the product.

    • Removal of the identification tag with the single-use seal.

    • Missing original packaging (e.g., dust bag).

We will notify you if a return is rejected. In this case, the return will be void, and the product will be shipped back to you.

We will also inform you if a refund reduction is necessary. You can then choose to accept the reduced refund or have the product returned to you. If you refuse the return, we reserve the right to retain the product and the amount deducted from the refund.

4. Refunds: Timing and Method

We will process your refund promptly, no later than fourteen (14) days after being notified of your intent to return. However, we may withhold the refund until the returned products are received or until you provide proof of shipment.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund timing depends on your card issuer's policies. The credit will be applied to the same date as the original charge.

  • Third-Party Payment Providers (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be credited to your account with the provider. Timing depends on their policies.

5. Product Identification Tag

All products have an identification tag with a single-use seal. Please try on items without removing the tag and seal, as returns without them will not be accepted.

6. Couriers

We recommend using our designated courier for returns (comunicated by email). A prepaid shipping label will be provided in your return confirmation email. You can schedule a pickup or drop off the package at the designated courier location. Track your package at any time on the courier website.

If you choose a different courier, you are responsible for all shipping costs and any loss or damage during transit.
